We offer a cooling off period so you can cancel your order and return your order up to 30 days from the date of dispatch if it is not as expected.
The item must be received back in its original condition.
We don’t have to refund a customer if they:
- knew an item was faulty when they bought it
- damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (you may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
If the item shows any evidence of wear and tear, we reserve the right to not accept an item back.
Refunds and exchanges may not be authorised for bespoke items or engraved items.
Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.
